What if I Need Several Packages Sent to Different Addresses?
You will need to make a separate purchase for each address you are shipping to.
This way each address will receive a tracking number, and you will be able to see where your packages are in the shipping process at all times.
My Tracking Shows "Delivered" But I Didn't Get My Package?
Package theft is on the rise, please make sure you keep track of your package. We are NOT responsible for package theft. Contact your local police department if you feel your package has been stolen.
Can I Change Shipping Address After Purchase?
Yes, you can change the address after the purchase if your let us know within 2 hours of placing the order. Depending on the volume of orders, we sometimes ship packages the same day.
As soon as the box is in the hands of USPS or UPS, we cannot do anything about it.

I purchased this box as a gift to my friend for Galentines Day, and she absolutely loved it! The box was beautiful, and created with so much love and care. 😊 Also, the two ladies that communicated with me named Nicole and Marina were so lovely and kind to me throughout the entire process. Overall, this was an excellent experience with great customer service, quick shipping, fast responses, and very prompt communication.
