Estimated delivery date is provided to you by USPS, and we do not have control over USPS. If your order is delayed and we have shipped it on time, we are not responsible for delay. You need to contact USPS with your tracking number if there is an issue with delivery.

What if I Need Several Packages Sent to Different Addresses?

You will need to make a separate purchase for each address you are shipping to.

This way each address will receive a tracking number, and you will be able to see where your packages are in the shipping process at all times.

My Tracking Shows "Delivered" But I Didn't Get My Package?

Package theft is on the rise, please make sure you keep track of your package. We are NOT responsible for package theft. Contact your local police department if you feel your package has been stolen.

Can I Change Shipping Address After Purchase?

We can change the address after the purchase, but only until the box ships out.

As soon as the box is in the hands of USPS or UPS, we cannot do anything about it.

Please double check the recipient's address before placing your order!

Shipping to Canada or EU Countries

If we are shipping your package to Canada or other EU countries, we are required to show our shop name, address and how much was paid for the product. Basically, a receipt is required.

Also, we are NOT responsible for paying any types of duties for your shipments. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay duties or import taxes in the countries where we send your packages.
